The pinout of the programming cable for the MTR-2000 repeater should be as follows:
Computer RPTR DB9 RJ-45 2 --------------- 3 3 --------------- 2 5 --------------- 4
Unfortunately, we don't know the orientation of the RJ-45. You should be able to figure it out since pin 5 on the DB9 is ground.
