for the first time download RunTim98Setup.exe
(2,915,686 bytes), updated: 18 May, 1998, a
32-bit self-extracting installation file that will install the
latest Microsoft runtime support files into your Windows System
directory.
Then,
Then, Download PicturePacket120.exe. (1,093,233 bytes). The PicturePacket installation file, last updated: 2 January, 1999.
This 32-bit selfinstalling file will install itself into the directory of your choice.
