600 ohm to 600 ohm, 1:1 turns ratio audio coupling transformer. Used in most PSK31 transceiver to sound-card interfaces to isolate the sound card and HF transceiver from RF feedback.  Use two of these to isolate both the sound card LINE IN and LINE OUT from the transceiver accessory or data port. Used in PSK31 transceiver to sound-card interface, this shielded, twin cable has two, 3.5mm stereo connectors on one end. When using with PSK31, SSTV, RTTY, and Packet Sound card interfaces, only the "tip" of each connector is used; The "ring" is not used. NOTE that a large ferrite core is molded into the line near the sound card end of the cable. This is another means of preventing noise and RF feedback between the transceiver and the PC sound card.
