NOTE ! I've written lots of information on these web pages and web sites. The documents, information, interface drawings, diagrams, and schematics on these web pages are meant to help HAMs enjoy the hobby as I do. You may build or order most all devices or parts to construct your own interface, be it Packet TNC to radio, or Sound Card to transceiver PSK31, SSTV, etc interfaces. I try to maintain a full line of components, cables, and connectors for all HAM Radio transceivers, both accessory jacks, microphone jacks, and RF connections. My goal is to provide these components, connectors, and devices at a fair price, and at the same time, deliver them as if I were the anxious customer. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT, except Sundays and Holidays.

Here's a PSK31 antenna that meets those beams "head-on!"
On a budget, or you live in an antenna, space-restricted environment, this could be the solution!
When the stations with the gain and power in their antennas are transmitting in the horizontal plane, then you should be looking at them in the same plane. Horizontal signals tend to follow the earths contour, and are easier to capture using a horizontally polarized antenna.

WSJT, the New RAVE of HAM Radio, Learn more, CLICK HERE !
Use the same hardware for WSJT that you use with PSK31, and SSTV. WSJT is designed for high speed meteor scatter (HSMS) communication using "pings" reflected from the underdense ionization trails of random meteors . WSJT makes QSOs possible in the amateur VHF bands, over typical distances of 500 to 1400 miles (800 to 2200 km), using these pings. Such QSOs can be successful with modest equipment and without waiting for "band openings. ". The transmission speed is 147 characters per second, or 8820 letters per minute.

Resistors In Parallel Calculator
When calculating resistors in series, we simply add the value of each resistor in series. The sum is the total resistance, HOWEVER when calculating the value of resistors in a "parallel" network, the calculation becomes a bit more complex. In the calculator I have shown here, the complex math is reduced to inputting each resistor value in the parallel network and clicking on the CALCULATE button to view the parallel resistors total.
