Our goal at BUX COmmCo is to provide Amateur and Commercial Radio operators with accessories, components, connectors, and devices at a fair price, and at the same time, deliver them as if we are the anxious customer. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT, except Sundays and Holidays.
Returned goods policy:

Accessories, components, connectors, and devices being returned must be accompanied by a BUX CommCo issued RMA (returned materials authorization) number. RMA number may be issued via reply to email to returned goods request. |

Returned goods must include a hard-copy explanation outlining the reason for the return. (repair, replacement, refund, etc.) Without the hard-copy, no action can be taken. |

An RMA number, return address, and phone number, must accompany any returned goods. |

Returned goods (within 14 days of purchase) must be in
"like-new" condition
and must be accompanied by a hard-copy of the cc shipping |

Refund will be issued only after returned goods are received, inspected and found to be in "like new" condition, and as stated in the RMA. |

Antennas that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned for refund or credit. |

A 10% restocking charge and original shipping and handling charge(s) will be deducted from the original invoice/refund. |
RASCAL wired and tested interfaces may be returned for service under warranty up to 1 year after purchase. Warranty return RASCAL must be accompanied by a copy of original invoice, and BUX CommCo issued RMA number. No interface or cable may be returned for refund after 14 days from date of purchase.

BUX Comm cannot be responsible for damage caused by accidents, abuse, improper use, improper installation, tampering, negligence, or unauthorized attempts to repair the unit. Said damage voids this warranty. BUX Comm does not authorize any person to assume for it any liability in connection with the product other than those expressed herein.
Our Shipping and Handling charges are based on the following table:
For shipments to destinations within the continental USA.
For Orders 0 to 2 pounds,
$7.90 added to total.
For Orders 2 to 5 pounds, $9.90
added to total.
For Orders 5 to 10 pounds, $11.90 added to total.
For Orders 10 to 20 pounds, $15.90 added to total.
For Orders 20 to 55 pounds, $28.90 added to total.
*Foreign orders will be charged according to carrier rates.
Shipping Charges on orders shipped outside the USA are added as charged by the carrier!
