NOTICE:  We ship WINDOM and G5RV antennas worldwide.  Due to excessive damage, we cannot ship HF Mobile or VHF Base antennas outside the continental USA !
Due to a large number of losses, missing items, damage, and similar issues; WE DO NOT SHIP TO Mexico, Indonesia, or Nigeria !

Although we ship all orders completed by 2 pm EST on the same business day, we cannot predict delivery dates. Through experience we have found UPS package delivery is faster than U S Mail (Priority mail) packages. All items shown on our web pages are 'in stock'. All orders are shipped from Central Virginia via UPS or USPS "Priority" mail. Shipper Pick-up from our docks are Monday through Friday (except holidays). This map illustrates expected delivery time from our warehouses in Central Virginia. (No shipping on National Holidays). Our Shipping charges are based on the following table: For shipments to destinations within the continental USA. For Orders 0 to 1 pounds, $5.90 . For Orders 1 to 3 pounds, $8.90 For Orders 3 to 6 pounds, $11.90 . For Orders 6 to 11 pounds, $16.90 . For Orders 11 to 21 pounds, $19.90 . For Orders 21 to 55 pounds, $37.90 . *Foreign orders will be charged according to carrier rates. Shipping Charges on orders shipped outside the USA are added as charged by the carrier! ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT, except Sundays and Holidays.  Returned goods policy:   Returned goods must include a hard-copy explanation outlining the reason for the return. (repair, replacement, refund, etc.) Without the hard-copy, no action can be taken. Non-Defective Product Returns: Non-defective products can be returned within 15 Days of invoice, in new condition with all original packing material and invoice/receipts, for a refund minus the original shipping cost we paid to ship the product to you and a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee and shipping charge is not applicable in event we ship an incorrect item. Item must be returned to receive a refund. Accessories, components, connectors, and devices being returned must be accompanied by a BUX Comm issued RMA (returned materials authorization) number. The INVOICE number must be included when requesting an RMA number. RMA number may be issued via reply to email to returned goods request. An RMA number, Invoice number, return address, and phone number, must accompany returned goods. Returned goods (within 14 days of purchase) must be in "like-new" condition and must be accompanied by a hard-copy of the credit card receipt, shipping ticket, and original owner invoice. Refund will be issued only after returned goods are received, inspected and found to be in "like new" condition, and as stated in the RMA. Antennas that have been opened, assembled and/or installed cannot be returned for refund or credit.  A 20% restocking charge and original shipping and handling charge(s) will be deducted from the original invoice/refund.   RASCAL wired and tested interfaces may be returned for service under warranty up to 1 year after purchase.  RASCALs returned for repair must be accompanied by original invoice number, a detailed explanation of problem, and check for $5.90 for return shipping.  Warranty return RASCAL must be accompanied by a copy of original invoice, and a BUX Comm issued RMA number. Unless for warranty repair or replacement; No interface wired and tested unit or cable may be returned for refund after 15 days from date of purchase. KITS cannot be returned for refund, or for warranty repair.   BUX COMM Coporation   Repair/Service CTR   Evington, VA 24550 BUX Comm cannot be held responsible for damage caused by accidents, abuse, improper use, improper installation, tampering, negligence, or unauthorized attempts to repair the unit. Said damage voids this warranty.
